Swine Flu and Vaccines - Are They Safe and Effective?
Swine Flu and Vaccines - Are They Safe and Effective?
MMR, DTP, H1N1, Polio, HepB vaccines.... Are they SAFE or even EFFECTIVE? That was the main question that was asked at the National Vaccine Information Center’s International MEGA Seminar that was held last weekend in Washington D.C. Dr. Eric Rydland (Charlottesville Holistic Pediatrician), Dr. Jennifer and I attended as well 600 other practitioners, Moms, Dads and Public Health researchers.
Dr. Rydland, MD (Pediatrician) is putting together all of his notes from this amazing seminar and combining that, with his over 25 years of NATURAL, DRUGLESS, AND HOLISTIC Pediatric care and has offered to provide a lecture on Thursday 10/22 at the Prax Chiropractic office in North Garden.
The Topic is “Swine Flu and Vaccinations”. Together, we will give a compressed review of the information from the conference (it was a 3-day event running 8am-10pm). This is a seminar you won’t want to miss, especially if you ever wondered;
- Are vaccines SAFE for me and my Children?
- Are vaccines EFFECTIVE – DO THEY WORK?
- What does the RESEARCH really say about vaccines?
- Is there a link between VACCINES and AUTISM?
- What about schools? Aren’t vaccines MANDATED?
- SO MUCH MORE!
Due to an expected high demand for this lecture and Dr. Rydland’s expertise, there is a $25 charge per person ($40 per couple). Hurry and sign up now by replying to this message or calling the office. Feel free to pass this along to anyone who might NEED THIS INFORMATION. You will NOT GET THIS ALTERNATIVE VIEW ANYWHERE ELSE.
A percentage of your fee will be donated to the National Vaccine Information Center’s Research (www.nvic.org) project where they will actually be running a gold standard-double-blind study on the differences of vaccinated children and unvaccinated children. Why hasn't the FDA hasn’t done a study like this?
We hope to see you there!
Yours in Real Health and Wellness,
Brian Prax, Chiropractor

All Engines Possible small engine repair
All Engines Possible is a lawn equipment maintenance and repair business operated by Mark Pugh in Crozet.
We've gotten a number of calls in the WayCoolTools office from folks in the area looking for lawn mower maintenance and repair.
We found Mark's ad in the Blue Ridge Buck Saver and decided to give him a call when we needed expert help with our propane powered zero turn mower.
His shop is located in Crozet near the wood mill and he is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person who takes his job seriously.
In a relatively short period of time he had the zero turn mower that was difficult to keep mowing in a straight line tracking perfectly and the blades sharpened all for a very reasonable fee.
Now when you have a need for lawn equipment maintenance and repair you know who to call.

Doll Making Workshop from Scratch and Scraps
Doll Making Workshop from Scratch and Scraps
Prax Chiropractic and Holistic Pediatrics hosts a “Doll Making Workshop from scratch and scraps.” Bring fabric from retired clothing or sewing scraps to create a doll full of charm, delight and heart in this 2-hour workshop. Learn the why’s and how’s from Sharifa Oppenheimer, author of “Heaven on Earth, A Handbook for Parents of Young Children”
… an excerpt from Sharifa’s website: www.ourheavenonearth.net
“The Heart of Childhood: Creative Play: Play is not only the heart of childhood, retaining a playful approach to life keeps us young even into old age. This essential drive toward play, which is intrinsic to every healthy child, has ancient roots shared by all mammals. As play becomes endangered by our frenetic pace of life, our highly technological society, by the push-down of academics into kindergarten and pre-kindergarten programs, and by the ubiquity of the media for children, parents are becoming aware that something essential is missing. But parents are not alone. Psychologists, sociologists, the justice system, and religious leaders question “what is happening to our children”? Scientists have begun to study the purpose of Play in health, intelligence, social adjustment, emotional balance and creative thought. Join us for (an introduction to – for this workshop) the importance of Play in your child’s life, how to create wholesome, sensory-rich play environments both indoors and out and how to encourage Play as well as a playful approach to life. Learn to create hand-made toys too!”
Where: Prax Chiropractic – 4916 Plank Road (at Hwy 29 in the Cross Roads), North Garden
